Impacting the Lives of Youth

We help shape our youth into young leaders of the future so they walk out of our doors prepared to take on whatever comes their way. Take a look at our variety of services, and learn more about everything we have to offer.

COLLEGE ADMISSIONS LEADERSHIP EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Nurturing Future Leaders

The college admission process has become increasingly more complex and competitive. Students seeking admission to top colleges quickly learn that securing a spot is more than just test scores and grades. The student needs to be able to demonstrate a unique set of characteristics that separates them from other applicants. IINII is the only youth-centered organization dedicated to using a revolutionary Design Thinking process to help students produce a doctoral level research project that demonstrates the highest levels of scholarly and leadership development. The L.E.A.D. (Leadership Exploration And Development) process empowers students to identify an innovation to solve community or school challenges. Students accepted to the competitively-based L.E.A.D. program work under the guidance of IINII research experts to conduct an action research project that results in the production of a publishable research document.

ABOUT US

Committed to Enriching the Lives of Youth

IINII pronounced (E-KNEE) is the Blackfoot Indian word for Bison. At IINII, the Bison is a metaphor that represents our core values. The symbolism of the Bison radiates the WILL to overcome adversity and atrocity and face our challenges. Bison are legendary in the animal kingdom for charging directly into an oncoming storm, instead of like other animals that attempt to outrun the storm. By running at the storm the Bison minimizing the amount of pain and frustration they experience from that storm. Too often, when humans face a personal storm, they also try to outrun the storm and as a result prolong their pain. We have a simple motto at IINII: Be the Bison and Face Your Challenge.

We believe that children are the very essence of the future. Who they are tomorrow is essentially the outcome of how they are raised and nurtured today. As the leading youth leadership development organization in the United States, we go above and beyond to provide our youth an empowering environment where they can fully embrace their identity and gain all the skills they need to be leaders tomorrow.

Our goals are to shape the way they live their lives and teach them the fundamentals of social responsibility, healthy living, and cultural acceptance. Curious to find out more about us and how you can get involved? Please browse our website and get in touch with us today.
